Business Community Engagement Collaborative: Driving Employee Engagement


Employee talent, support, and excitement is at the heart of successful community engagement programs. Engaged employees are impactful employees and ambassadors for your company.

 

This session is designed to help businesses maximize employee engagement in philanthropy and volunteer programming.

 

Participants will:

  • Review best practices for increasing employee engagement in community initiatives
  • Learn about current engagement trends related to organizational giving and volunteering
  • Connect with community-minded professionals for relationship building and best practice sharing on community engagement
The Business Community Engagement Collaborative is a new network designed to support individuals who are interested in spearheading a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program within their business, those who are new to community engagement practitioner roles, and business leaders who want to strategically engage their employees – and leverage their resources – in the community. We’ll convene quarterly for learning opportunities that will help us collectively build a stronger and more vibrant Richmond region.
