Event Description:
Please join ChamberRVA for a DEI Power Hour of Problem-Solving. DEI is a huge umbrella and every organization has a different way of tackling it. Still, most practitioners deal with very similar problems. This event will give DEI practitioners a safe space to talk about challenges they face, but also will allow practitioners to work alongside others to come up with some solutions.
We will be using the following article "The Relationship between Culture and DE&I" from the ChamberRVA Resource Toolkit to guide the conversation so please check it out beforehand. We look forward to seeing you on April 26th!
