Event Description:
ChamberRVA is partnering with Virginia Pride and Diversity Richmond for our June Spotlight Presentation focusing on creating LGBTQ+ inclusive workplaces. Spotlight Presentations are a new member offering shining a light on the various topics under the umbrella of DE&I.

Join us for an interactive panel presentation, featuring the following community leaders along with their specific topics:
  • James Millner, VA Pride: Overview of LGBTQ civil rights movement and importance of LGBTQ Pride Month
  • Alex Davila: Importance of Being Ones' Authentic Self at Work
  • Narissa Rahaman, Equality Virginia: LGBTQ+ Rights and Accommodations according to Statewide Policies and Laws
  • Lacette Cross, Diversity Richmond: Importance of an Inclusive Workplace & Steps to Create One

For arrival, attendees should enter through the main gate and proceed to park in Lot B or C. From there, they make their way straight into the Kelly Education Center, and the Auditorium is immediately inside that building.

There will also be signage to help direct attendees to the space as well.
