Join ChamberRVA in celebrating Women's History Month with an enlightening panel discussion focused on the challenges and opportunities that women encounter in the workplace. Our distinguished panelists will delve into various aspects of women's experiences, ranging from the historical struggles for women's rights to contemporary issues such as work-life balance, intersectionality, representation, and leadership. Our panel will feature: Melody Short, co-founder of the Richmond Night Market, Steph Beck, D&I Manager at Carmax and Leah Fremouw, President and CEO of Bridging Virginia.
