Start your year with clarity and purpose! Join HYPE and the Chamber’s Diversity & Equity team for a Vision Board Party on January 23, 2025, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. This inspiring evening is designed to help you reflect on the past, envision the future, and design a path toward your goals.

 

Led by professional coach Alawna Ozoka, the event will include:

Networking: Connect with fellow young professionals and community leaders.

Welcome & Intentions: Set the tone for the evening and establish personal and professional aspirations.

Guided Vision Board Creation: Alawna will guide us through three meaningful steps—reflection, envisioning, and design—to create your vision board.

 

Bring any magazines that inspire you and align with your goals. The Chamber will provide all other materials, including scissors, glue, and poster boards.

About Our Coach, Alawna Ozoka: 

Alawna Ozoka is a Certified Professional Life and Leadership Coach, 3X Founder, Speaker, and Amazon Bestselling Author of “Awareness Put Me On”.
 
Her entrepreneurial journey began when she co-founded In Common, a platform to increase the economic wellness of the Black community. She later founded an operations management consultancy that supported small businesses with their customer strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic.

While her expertise is in project and operations management, Alawna’s passion is rooted in serving others. As an Authenticity Life Coach, she partners with individuals and groups looking to reunite with their inner power and own their voice. She also leads the Crowned Confidence Collective, an accessible and intentionally designed coaching community to reunite with your Queen energy. Alawna also serves as a speaker, leading inclusion talks around topics like owning uniqueness, pushing through fear, and living in purpose.

Whether it be coaching clients, collaborating with businesses, or speaking, Alawna’s love for humanity fuels her next steps. It is her mission to expand access to systemically oppressed groups and amplify their voices.
