As a follow up to the previous virtual session, Develop Your Career Resilience, Richard Coughlan joins us again as we take a deeper dive into: (1) finding your purpose, (2) clarifying your values, and (3) using those values in everyday decision-making.

Attendance at previous sessions is NOT required. Get a friend to register with you, gain some new knowledge and practice social distancing from the comfort of your home. This is open to all young professionals in the Richmond region, and is free!

He is also a keynote speaker, facilitator and strategic advisor for corporate and non-profit clients across the mid-Atlantic region.

Richard arrived at Richmond after completing both an MBA and a Ph.D. in judgment and decision making at the University of Arizona. Prior to graduate school, he spent nearly five years in the hotel industry, culminating with a position on the management team at The Pebble Beach Resorts in California.
