HYPE presents our 2017 professional development series: "Owning Your Career". This series will consist of three events over the course of three months with the overlaying theme of owning your career in every aspect. These three workshops will focus on mentoring, simplicity and managing your career.
We've noticed that HYPE members are determined to move up the ladder while making a unique name for themselves during the process. This series will allow experienced, career-minded individuals the chance to hear from great RVA leaders on how to become a master of your own career.
For the first event, we will hear from Katherine Wintsch and John Kemper on their mentoring relationship. John has played a key role in Katherine's success with her business, The Mom Complex. Finding the right mentor and then managing the relationship correctly can be tricky. Come learn how these two lean on one another to better themselves and one another.
