Join HYPE and Richmond Toolbank as we gear up to celebrate the grand opening of Scott's Addition "Pop-Up Park"at the intersection of Broad and Wayne Streets. This project is part of our collective efforts in the RVA "Lighter, Quicker, Cheaper" urbanism project. Get ready to be part of something extraordinary as we come together to set up for this monumental ribbon cutting event!
