Damon Duncan was selected as the President and CEO for the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority in February of this year. Prior to joining RRHA, he served as the President and CEO for the Housing Authority of Elgin, Illinois. Throughout his career he has spent many years working in public housing, and has been recognized for his many accomplishments to affordable housing.
HYPE members will have the great opportunity to hear from Mr. Duncan and to learn about the mission and vision that he works for daily in Richmond. This will be a great opportunity to become more informed on this community issue and to become more civically engaged as a result.
