Event Description:
A surprising quality of inspirational leaders it that they capitalize on what’s unique about themselves. Entrepreneurial creatives Katie and Ted Ukrop embraced their uniqueness in 2005 when they opened Quirk, a stylized shop and art gallery in the heart of Jackson Ward. They are continuing to differentiate themselves in the community with the building of an arts-infused boutique hotel opening this fall. Katie and Ted recognize the importance of standing out among the crowd and are excited to share ways to identify your differences and communicate what’s unique about yourself to effectively stand out in the workplace.
