In this class, you will learn how to create a quality internship program that works for your business as well as your intern.
Virginia Talent Opportunity Partnership (V-TOP) coordinators will guide you through the necessary online modules, developed by the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV), to help create a quality work-based learning opportunity for student interns. Completion of these four modules will give your organization access to matching funds and staffing assistance.
This is a fantastic resource for small businesses who need help to hire quality interns.
Please bring a laptop to class with you so you're able to access the online educational tools.
Companies must be less than 150 employees to be eligible for matching funds up to $7,500 per intern.
