In recent years there has been a growing interest in gaining a better understanding of what is happening in our own community so we can more effectively tie-back the learnings from our InterCity Visits. ChamberRVA is excited to extend an invitation to the inaugural Regional Action Summit, a dynamic experience dedicated to exploring the triumphs and challenges that shape the Richmond region. The summit promises to provide insight and a better understanding of the current work throughout the region encompassing economic development, affordable housing, transportation, education, and workforce development.
The Regional Action Summit will feature keynote speaker Xavier de Souza Briggs, Senior Fellow at Brookings Metro. Known for his wide range of interests and track record of building and reshaping fields, Briggs is an expert on economic opportunity and inclusive growth, racial equity and pluralism, housing, urban and regional development, and democratic governance in the U.S. and abroad.
Join the Regional Action Summit and take a closer look at the region's achievements, identifying the key factors contributing to the collective successes. Dive into interactive sessions designed to explore future challenges facing our region while sharing ideas and strategies to overcome obstacles and drive positive change.
Don't miss this unique opportunity to contribute to the regional dialogue, gain valuable insights and set the stage in a collective effort to shape a brighter and more inclusive future for our region.
