State of Housing- Richmond Region 2024

Please join PHA for the annual State of Housing event as they celebrate 20 years of the Partnership for Housing Affordability. Keynote speaker Richard Kahlenberg, author of Excluded: How Snob Zoning, NIMBYISM, and Class Bias Build the Walls We Don't See, will provide national perspectives on how zoning practices impact both housing and educational opporutnities.

Attendees will also get the chance to see the Richmond region's first regional housing policy agenda, which will provide tangible action items to make substantial progress in our communities.

After the conclusion of the event, attendees are welcome to attend a networking cocktail reception and to get signed copies of the keynote speaker's book.
