Virginia's top franchise enforcement and regulatory officials lead an interactive discussion on what's new in Virginia franchising from a regulatory and enforcement perspective.  How does Virginia regulate franchising?  How many franchisors are registered in Virginia?  What does it mean for a franchise to be "registered"  (and what DOESN'T it mean )?  Who's gotten in trouble recently for not complying with Virginia franchise laws?  What are some red flags regulators are looking for when reviewing FDDs?  Are there any current or imminent legislative or regulatory developments specific to the franchise industry in Virginia?

Cost: $25 (includes Hors D'Oeuvres).  Cash Bar.
