Event Description:

Virginia Talent and Opportunity Partnership (VTOP) is a public/private program to create greater connectivity between students, institutions of higher education and the employer community to expand paid and credit-bearing internships and other work-based learning opportunities in Virginia. 


Developing Your Intern Program
Join us to learn more about some of the ways you can improve the internship experience at your organization! This workshop will walkthrough and complete modules 2,3,6, and 7 and begin qualifying for matching funds and staffing agency support.

  • Staffing Agency Support: iQuasar, a staffing agency partnered with SCHEV/VTOP will help develop and recruit for NEW internships for FREE

  • Matching Funds Support: Access up to 50% wage match for NEW internships up to a value of $30,000 for a single year.
