Event Description:
The key strategic component for any business is the quality of its workforce. This event will focus on the workforce needs of small to mid-sized businesses and connect them to the resources they need to find, attract, train, retain, and optimize skilled employees.
The event will culminate with the recognition one small (1-99 employees) and one large (100+ employees) organization positively impacting Hanover County and exemplifying excellence in workforce development with the Marc Weiss Hanover Workforce Awards.
