She owns two companies\, Lucid Living and Lucid Punk Apparel\, where she connects people to their power within to help them access and embody their authentic life purposes.\n\n\n\nAs a Reiki Master\, Sound Therapist\, Yoga Teacher\, Thai Bodyworker\, and Peristeam Hydrotherapist\, Natasha personally delivers health and wellness services and workshops under the Lucid Living hallmark. From her practice\, Natasha noticed a need to bring mindful energy to a global scale and started Lucid Punk Apparel\, a purposeful design clothing and accessory company that merges urban culture and the spiritual world. Using her 10+ years' experience in entrepreneurship\, business consulting\, marketing\, and all things wellness\, Natasha has served on community boards of directors for non-profit organizations such as Junior League of Richmond\, the Iyengar Yoga Association of the Southeast Region\, and currently serves Project Yoga Richmond\, a non-profit organization that makes yoga accessible to everyone\, regardless of physical or financial ability. \n\n\n\nThis event will begin with a tour of the recently renovated studio downtown where we'll hear from Natasha about her mindfulness journey\, and then Natasha will treat us to Sound Therapy. Sound therapy is a form of holistic healing\, and its popularity is rising. Studies show the calming vibrations help reduce stress\, induce full-body relaxation\, and balance your chakras. \n\n\n\nSpace is limited to 25 people per event. Please only sign up for the Tuesday or Wednesday option. You will not need to wear anything special or bring a yoga mat for the Sound Therapy.
