MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching offers therapy in an office setting in North Chesterfield, VA, as well as Teletherapy (online counseling) throughout the entire state of Virginia. Whether you live in Richmond, Virginia Beach, Roanoke, Arlington, or anywhere in between, we are here for you! We accept most insurance plans, as well as Medicaid, Medicare, and Tricare. MySpectrum partners with most EAP plans as well. We have licensed Therapists who work with "every person, every spectrum", to include the mental health spectrum, substance abuse spectrum, and Autism Spectrum. We work with children, adolescents, and adults. Our goal is to decrease the stigma associated with mental health, and to welcome you to the MySpectrum family!
