A University of Richmond graduate, Matthew has helped shape Concentra’s growth strategy, led major acquisitions, and guided the company through significant organizational change. He joins us just days after stepping into the CEO role to share insights on leadership, strategic decision-making, navigating growth, and the transition from financial executive to chief executive.
