ChamberRVA hosted the launch meeting for the Richmond Region Construction Sector Partnership. This meeting brought together 30+ construction business leaders and local workforce development non-profits to begin thinking about how the industry can tackle current workforce challenges together with business in the driver seat. Business leaders left with 5 priorities turned action teams: Policy, Retention, Target Populations, Promotion, and Alignment.
