HYPE Civic Exchange: A Fireside Chat with Mayor Avula

Join HYPE for an engaging fireside chat with Mayor Avula on Wednesday, March 18, from 5:30–7:30 PM at Diversity Richmond.

Designed with young professionals in mind, this civic engagement event offers a unique opportunity to hear directly from the Mayor. Not just about the future of Richmond but about his journey as a leader. Moderated by HYPE Chair Dylan Buchanan, the conversation will explore leadership, purpose, decision-making and how young professionals can meaningfully engage in shaping their city and careers.

This interactive evening will go beyond policy to highlight the human side of leadership creating space for connection, questions and real dialogue between emerging leaders and the city’s top executive.
