Quarterly Alumni Leadership Series

LEAD ON is the alumni network for graduates of Leadership Lab and Leadership Unscripted (formerly Mentor Richmond). Designed as a quarterly leadership series, LEAD ON brings alumni together to reconnect, expand their professional networks, and continue developing core leadership skills.
 

Each LEAD ON event includes:

• Networking Hour: Intentional connection with fellow alumni
• Professional Development Session: A facilitated leadership workshop led by Fulfilled Coaching & Consulting, a leadership development and executive coaching firm
   

Strengths-Based Leadership

Strong teams thrive when leaders understand and leverage individual strengths. This session explores how strengths-based leadership improves engagement, collaboration, and performance. Alumni will gain practical tools to build trust and create environments where teams can perform at their best.

Who Should Attend:

Alumni of Leadership Lab and Leadership Unscripted responsible for leading or influencing teams.
