Quarterly Alumni Leadership Series

LEAD ON is the alumni network for graduates of Leadership Lab and Leadership Unscripted (formerly Mentor Richmond). Designed as a quarterly leadership series, LEAD ON brings alumni together to reconnect, expand their professional networks, and continue developing core leadership skills.
 

Each LEAD ON event includes:

• Networking Hour: Intentional connection with fellow alumni
• Bonus 30-minute live “Leading the Way in RVA” leadership podcast with an influential local leader.
• Professional Development Session: A facilitated leadership workshop led by Fulfilled Coaching & Consulting, a leadership development and executive coaching firm
  
   

Developing Vision & Navigating Uncertainty

Leadership requires the ability to look ahead while managing complexity. This session focuses on strategic thinking, vision development, and leading through uncertainty. Alumni will explore how to balance short-term demands with long-term goals and make informed decisions in evolving environments.
